Fleet Reserve Association Branch/Unit 290

Welcome to the web site of FRA 290 located here in sunny Florida. We are a non-profit Veterans organization associated with the Fleet Reserve Association. Our Branch home is located near the Mayport Naval Station in Atlantic Beach, a beach community of the Jacksonville metropolitan area.

 

We hope you will explore our site and learn more about who we are and what we do. We encourage all Veterans and the general public to drop by our branch home and check us out. Those of you have served or are currently serving in our Sea Services (Navy, Marines, & Coast Guard) we encourage you to join us and get involved.

Branch Spaghetti Dinner

Friday July 23, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm the Branch will host a spaghetti dinner. The dinner will include garlic bread and a salad bar. So come out and enjoy a little taste of Italy. Suggested donation of $6.00

If Italian cuisine is not your thing then join us on Saturday July 24, from 5 to 8 PM for country fried steak with all the fixings, for a suggested donation of $8.00

Karaoke with Doug Bracey

Doug Bracey will be with us for Karaoke the weekend of July 23-24 beginning each night at 9:00 pm and going until 1:00 am. So if you have a little "American Idol" in you, come on out and sing.
